Contact
Questions and requests about your data: [email protected].
What we collect
- Contact details you send us: name, job title, company, email and phone number.
- Business records you send for the service: trial balance, bank statements, and receivables and payables listings. These can include names of your customers, suppliers or staff.
- Payment information: Payoneer processes your payment. We receive your name, company, email, the amount and its status. We never see your card number or bank login.
- Website: we use no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser) for security.
How we collect it
Directly from you, by email or secure file sharing, and from Payoneer for payment status.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare your free dashboard
- To deliver the reports you subscribe to
- To invoice and collect fees
- To keep records the law requires
We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your business records
Where your records contain personal data, we process it only on your instructions and only to deliver the service, as set out in our service agreement.
Who sees it
- Our delivery team, bound by confidentiality
- Payoneer, to process payments
- Our email and encrypted cloud-storage providers
We never share one client's data with another. We do not put your data into any tool that trains on customer data.
Where it is stored
In an encrypted, access-controlled cloud account, never on shared or employer-owned systems. Our team may work from outside Saudi Arabia; the same protection applies wherever the data is handled.
How long we keep it
- Free dashboard, if you don't subscribe: deleted within 30 days
- Client data: deleted or returned within 30 days after the service ends, and we confirm by email
- Invoices and payment records: kept for as long as tax law requires, then deleted
Your rights
You can ask how we use your personal data, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once we no longer need it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We keep what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, and what we need to deliver a service you are paying for. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already done or end your contract.
Send requests to [email protected].
